This youthful Pinot Noir has fragrant aromas of blackberry, cherry, plums, cedar and spice. With a succulent palate of chocolate, tobacco and savoury notes this wine shows good minerality and a lingering chocolate and dark cherry finish.
This punchy wine matches superbly with fillet steak or flavoursome pork dishes. The fine tannin structure enables the wine to be enjoyed on its own or as the complement to your meal.
This 3 Acres Pinot Noir is the perfect wine for all occasions.
Enjoy now or cellar for up to 8 years.
Awards
"Wonderfully fruited and enticing, the wine shows dark berry, olive, cedar and warm spice aromas on the nose with a gorgeous floral overtone. The palate is equally satisfying with excellent weight and fruit intensity, splendidly framed by fine tannins. Flavoursome and elegant at the same time, offering terrific drinking. At its best: now to 2029." Wine Orbit 2022 (5 STARS)

Winemaking Notes
The fruit (clones 115, 5 and a mix from Jacks Block) was hand harvested and destemmed into open top fermenters before being inoculated with selected wine yeasts to carry out the fermentation process. The wine was aged in French oak barriques for 12 months, of which 19% was new oak.
